Screwdriver Specifications

1. The model number of the flat-blade screwdriver is expressed as the width of the cutter head*. For example, 2 x 75 mm means that the width of the cutter head is 2 mm and the length of the rod is 75 mm (not full length).

2. The model of the Phillips screwdriver is expressed as the size of the cutter head*. For example, 2#×75mm means that the cutter head is No. 2 and the metal rod is 75 mm long (not full length). Some manufacturers use PH2 to indicate 2#, which is actually the same. You can roughly estimate the size of the cutter head by the thickness of the cutter bar, but the industry is distinguished by the size of the cutter head. The metal rods corresponding to the models 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, and 4# have a thickness of approximately 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm, 6.0 mm, 8.0 mm, and 9 mm.
